Urban Decay Vice 4 Swatches and Review

Welcome to palette season, this is the time where many companies launch the makeup palettes that many of us will end-up adding to our Christmas wish-lists. But, with so many options it gets really hard to choose which one is right for you. Nowadays, I try not to buy many palettes "just because." I look for palettes that I can use on an everyday basis and that I know I will give a lot of love to. The Urban Decay Vice 4 Palette seemed to have a lot of colorful tones; however, trust me when I say that they are 100% approved for everyday and every season. The colorful shadows in this palette are well pigmented, but they are not overtly vibrant to the point that they are not office appropriate. The palette is so versatile that you can create looks that are toned-down or even super dramatic depending on the application and technique.



I have to confess that I was a little skeptical about the Vice 4, but after using it once, I fell in love. After using it twice, I was already head over heels about it, and on the third time I just knew it was going to be a go-to palette. The quality is just like any UD shadows, great! The colors (even the colorful ones) are office appropriate, they blend well, and I LOVE that Urban Decay added more matte shades to this palette,  which makes the Vice 4 a great traveling companion.

Aesthetically, this is a very good looking palette! It is lightweight, thin, it has an amazing and beautiful design, AND it comes with a palette carrying bag/dust-bag/protection-bag (however you want to call it). I mean, what else can you ask for?

The price of Urban Decay's Vice 4 is $60 USD and you can purchase it at Ulta, Sephora, Macy's or Urban Decay.com. It has a total of 20 eyeshadows in satin, matte, and pearl finishes, and it comes with a dual ended brush, which is OK. I still prefer when they come with eyeliners instead.

With that said, I think Urban Decay's Vice 4 is a must have! It is perfect for everyday use and party nights!
