Monthly POPSUGAR Must Have Box

POPSUGAR provided me with a complimentary POPSUGAR Must Have box. The opinions I have shared about the box are my own and POPSUGAR did not tell me what to say or how to say it.

Why do people love monthly boxes? Well, it is a great way to try many different products at a low price. Nowadays, there are monthly boxes for makeup, clothes, and (believe it or not) even underwear. This time, I had the awesome opportunity to try Popsugar's Must Have Box for June. These boxes have hand-selected items ranging from beauty, fashion, home, fitness, and food. Native Union is a website that sells chargers for your phone, portable speakers, and other accessories. In this box, Popsugar sent us a $15 dollar brochure. It is important to note that almost everything in the store is over $15 dollars. I personally do not like to receive brochures because I hardly use them; however, If you are searching for a portable phone charger, speakers, or other tech stuff, then this might be a great option for you. 

This book retails for $28, but you can find it for $16.52 on Amazon. The book is written by award winning novelist, Emily Giffin, whose recent books have captured the attention of many readers that enjoy stories of romance and friendship; however, I'm more of an sic-fi lover. I do suggest monthly services to stay away from books, as many of us enjoy different genres.

La autora, Emily Giffin, se a vuelto muy popular por sus historias de romance y este libro a definitivamente capturado el interés de esos lectores; sin embargo, a mi me gusta leer libros de ciencia ficción, así que me gustaría que las cajas mensuales no pusieran libros ya que todos tenemos diferentes gustos. 

I loved this little lemon wipes. They retail for $6 dollars and the box contains 12 individually rapped wipes. These wipes do not contain alcohol, which means that you will not feel your skin rough after using them. They are a great item to have in your purse. They are more compact than anti-bacterial liquid sanitizers, and you prevent having your sanitizer spill all over your purse. I'm almost finished with my wipes as I've used them quite a bit during my outings.

This lotion has a retail price of $24 dollars and let me tell you that I LOVED IT! According to the information sheet that comes in the box, this lotion is supposed to help hydrate, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and calm irritation after being in the sun for a long time. I've used it as a regular lotion (as I haven't had the chance to go to the beach :( ) and it hydrates my skin very well. IT SMELLS AMAZING and it leaves my skin feeling super soft! I'm definitely in love with this lotion.

The chips that came in this box, according to my brother, were really good. They are Hawaiian BBQ chips made with natural ingredients.

The next thing in the box are these Lollies, basic hair ties. They are made of swimwear fabric, which makes them perfect to take into the water. The only problem I had with them was that only one worked for me because I have A LOT of hair and the other two ties did not stretch as much. I wish they had a little more stretch to them, but they are overall good for people with less hair.

The last thing in the box was this towel called the Turkish-T Beach Towel, which has a retail price of $32 dollars. It is supposed to be a regular towel and a body wrap in one. It is extremely lightweight, and although I haven't had the chance to use it at the beach, I know it will be my traveling companion as it is light-weight and it takes almost no room in my luggage.

Final Thoughts:

I really liked this box, minus the book and the brochure. I've really enjoyed the Lemon Wipes and the Sacha Juan lotion, my bother enjoyed the Hawaiian BBQ potato chips, and I can see myself using the famous Turkish Towel A LOT at home and to travel. If we add up the retail price of everything that this box contains it will add up to $115 dollars; therefore, I still think we might have a good deal here. As with every monthly subscription box, there is not a box alike. So, although this month's box had a few things I didn't love, that doesn't mean that next month will be the same.
