From the Catalog to the Street: Lane Bryant's Brocade Blazer and Necklace Tee

Some of you may be tired of seeing me wear the same pieces over and over again, but you know me, when I love something I wear t~~he heck out of it~~ it as much as I can. This brocade blazer by Lane Bryant has become a staple piece in my wardrobe. It fits well, and it can be dressed up or down. For today's outfit I paired it with Isabel and Ruben Toledo's Necklace Shirt, which has also become a favorite. It has long sleeves (even though you can't tell from this photo) and it is longer from one side, which gives a super trendy look. Let me tell you, it is NOT just a simple t-shirt!

After the "photo-shoot" I got home and realized that I was wearing the exact same thing that the Lane Bryant model wore for her photo-shoot, and decided to begin a new section titled "From the Catalog to the Street" where, when feasible, I will show you how I take the look I saw on a magazine, website, catalog, and made it my own. Not all of us have the gorgeous body that the plus size models have, but that doesn't mean we can't rock the same outfit! :D
